CHINA

CHINA always is a name which definitely needs to be mentioned when ones talks about Hard Rock from Switzerland. Their debut albums “China” and “Light In The Sky” still are regarded as classics of the genre. CHINA during the years have reached the Swiss charts top 10 and the Japanese, German and English top 40 many times.

Their new record “Light In The Dark” will be released on March 23rd, 2011 in Europe (excluding Switzerland) for the first time via Metal Heaven. This fifth release of the five-piece band marks another milestone in their career.

The band certainly maintains their individuality while in recent years having developed so much. This record proves that this band is still good for surprises!
The two producers from LA who have helped to shape the new CHINA sound are Chris Johnson (Buck Cherry, Evanescence) and Michael Parnin (Steve Stevens, King's X). The limited edition contains three previously unreleased bonus tracks.
